ASSISTANT PROTOCOL OFFICER

You will serve as a ASSISTANT PTOTOCOL OFFICER in the OFFICE OF CHIEF OF STAFF of MARINE FORCES PACIFIC.


  • You will develop and supervise a master planning calendar for the command.
  • You will coordinate arrival/departure honors and ceremonies, arrange parking, and supervise driver support, and billeting as required.
  • You will manage the execution of escorting distinguished visitors, including base and building access.
  • You will evaluate, plan, coordinate, and arrange major meetings, conferences, seminars, demonstrations, and tours at U.S. Marine Corps Forces, Pacific (MARFORPAC).
  • You will develop, coordinate, and oversee Distinguished Visits in accordance with the priorities of the Commander, U.S. Marine Corps Forces, Pacific.

Requirements

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: managing and coordinating official events and ceremonies, presenting briefs, and producing specialized correspondence.
