Benefits offered may include health care, dental, vision, life insurance; 401(k); education assistance; paid time off including PTO, holidays, and any other paid leave required by law.Job Description: What You"ll Do:* Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive and corrective maintenance on facility MEP systems, including electrical distribution, HVAC, plumbing, boilers, compressors, pumps, and utility systems, within a laboratory facility environment.* Perform routine inspections and identify maintenance or repair needs. * Documenting all work activities in the CMMS.* Respond to equipment alarms, breakdowns, and facility emergencies to restore safe operation.Who You Are:* High School Diploma or GED.* Minimum 5 years of experience as a facilities or skilled trades maintenance technician in a manufacturing or laboratory environment.* Working knowledge in at least two of the following: electrical systems, HVAC R, plumbing/pipefitting, boilers/steam systems, wastewater systems, pumps, controls, or RODI/WFI.It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:* BMS experience, preferably Metasys* Laboratory facility experience.* CMMS experience, preferably Infor EAMBelcan is an equal opportunity employer.
