FIRE PROTECTION ENGINEER

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience as a professional FIRE PROTECTION ENGINEER at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Preparing fire protection engineering design drawings, specifications and documentation for facility components and systems; 2) Preparing contract requirements, proposal and bidding procedures and documentation for the acquisition of facilities fire protection systems; 3) Managing fire protection projects to ensure project scope, schedules and costs are not exceeded; 4) Providing technical solutions to fire protection engineering issues.
