TRAINING TECHNICIAN (OA)

You will serve as a TRAINING TECHNICIAN (OA) in the DIRECTORATE OF OPERATIONS AND TRAINING of OFFICE OF THE COMMANDING GENERAL.


  • You will administer, coordinate, monitor, analyze, and evaluate the operations of the Training Database System.
  • You will manage course over/under-utilization to coordinate with users commands.
  • You will amend course convening dates within allowed time structure to reflect instructor input.
  • You will verify accuracy of all computer generated student rosters for distribution to instructors.
  • You will review, analyze, monitor and evaluate the accuracy of the Training Input Plan (TIP), and the execution of maintenance management.

Requirements

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of experience at or equivalent to the GS-06 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Utilizing a wide variety of office automation, word processing, presentation, spreadsheets, quota control, database operations AND performing student management processes and procedures.
